One schedule the whole clinic can see. An admin drafts it and publishes it; everyone else opens the app on their next shift and says whether they will be there.

Push reminders before every shift
At 48 hours and again at 24 hours, each scheduled person can get the date, time, clinic and role by push notification. Email delivery is temporarily unavailable; an enabled email preference does not send messages right now.
Published changes and cancellations use the same available channels. Under Notifications, allow push separately on each phone or tablet. You can save email destinations for when delivery resumes.

Push asks permission on the installed app. The schedule remains the record if a provider or network delays a message.
Opens on the shift you are next on
When it starts in the clinic’s own time zone, where it is, what role you are on as, and who is on it with you. One button confirms you will be there.

Paint the hours you can make
Drag across the grid and it becomes your standing week. One particular week can differ without disturbing it. Saying nothing is recorded as unknown — never as unavailable.

Draft it, check it, then publish
A draft is invisible to everyone else. While you build it the app flags a role still short of people, somebody booked twice over, and somebody on a day they said they were away — before anyone is told.

Calendar sync works both ways
One connection puts Clinical Scheduler into your calendar. The other brings only your busy times back into availability. Turn on either one, both, or neither.

Subscribe once
Add your private link to Apple Calendar, Google Calendar or Outlook. It appears as “Example Clinic shifts,” and new shifts, changes and cancellations follow automatically when that app refreshes the subscription.

Protect your busy time
Connect an iCal address from a calendar you already use. Clinical Scheduler imports busy blocks so schedulers avoid them; event titles, notes, attendees and locations stay out.

Create an account, set it up, and send one code to the people who volunteer with you. There is no patient information in this app — it schedules staff, and nothing else.
