Clinical Scheduler is a scheduling tool operated by Whitetulip Health Foundation Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. It exists so volunteer clinic staff know when and where they are scheduled.
By using the app you agree to these terms.
Who may use it
The app is for volunteers and administrators of participating clinics. You need an invitation from a clinic administrator, or you can create a clinic of your own.
You must be old enough to volunteer at the clinic you are joining.
Keep your account to yourself. If you think someone else has access to it, tell a clinic administrator.
Invite codes
Clinic administrators can generate codes that let other people join their clinic in a particular role. Treat an invite code like a key: anyone holding it can join.
Administrator invitations work only once and expire after 48 hours. Other invitations can be shared and expire after 14 days. An administrator can cancel any invitation at any time.
What we expect of you
Enter accurate information, particularly your contact details — a schedule only works if people can be reached.
Do not use the app to harass anyone, and do not attempt to access clinics or information you have not been invited to.
Do not put patient information into this app. It is not built for it and is not a system of record for anything clinical.
Scheduling is not a contract
A shift shown in this app is a volunteer arrangement between you and your clinic. It creates no employment relationship and no obligation enforceable by us.
Your clinic decides who is scheduled and who administers the schedule. Disputes about a schedule are between you and your clinic.
Reminders and notifications
Email reminders and push notifications are available. Push requires permission on each device. Text messages are still waiting on carrier registration. The schedule in the app remains the record — open it and your shifts are there, and a change an administrator publishes is visible immediately.
You control email and push separately under Notifications in the app. You can add or remove email destinations, turn email off, allow push per device, and remove a registered device at any time.
Text messages are agreed to per clinic. An agreement covers the one clinic named in it and lets that clinic text you about the shifts you are scheduled for there; it enrols you at no other clinic, and you can withdraw it at any time. Nothing you agreed to before the program starts will be treated as enrolment on its own — everyone will be asked again, per clinic, first. See the text message program page for those terms.
If and when we do send you a message about a shift, we cannot guarantee it arrives. Networks fail, phones are switched off, and carriers delay messages. Never treat a message as your record of when you are scheduled — the schedule in the app is the record.
Availability of the service
This is a free tool run by a nonprofit. We provide it as-is, without warranties, and we may change or discontinue it.
We are not liable for missed shifts, uncovered clinics, or other consequences of the app being unavailable or a notification not arriving.
Ending your use
You can leave a clinic or delete your account at any time from the app.
A clinic administrator can remove you from their clinic.
We may suspend an account that is being used to harass people or to attempt unauthorized access.
Changes to these terms
If we make a material change we will tell you in the app before it takes effect.
